Life of a middle coast...

Anyway, the diet yesterday was:
Breakfast-
3 eggs
5 BACON strips
Coffee w/ HC&Sweet Watah! (3 carbs)

Lunch-
Chicken Sausage (2 carbs)
2 1/5lb Hamburger patties
mayo+mustard (1 carb)
Decaf Coffee w/ HC&sW (2 carbs)

Dinner-
3 Hamburger patties
2 oz Cheese sticks (2 carbs)
Mayo+Mustard (1 carbs)

Total Carbs: 11 Carbs

A bit of a high carb day. Good news though I checked the keto strips and I am in heavy ketosis. I at least know I am low carbing semi-effectively. I have been in pain the last couple of days so no real working out. Going to the doctor tomorrow and I plan on getting some nice Cholesterol tests. Yay. Anyway, no more weight lost. Hopefully tomorrow I will drop a pound or something.

Back to work.

Are you weighing daily? I'm glad I'm not the only scale addict! Unfortunately (fortunately?) my scale is analog and in $*%&ing kilograms so I can't really see small fluctuations. I use the Wii Fit for my actual weigh-ins.

I weigh daily pretty much. I got depressed in the middle of my stall a couple of weeks ago and then went down to once a week.
