So I don't have time to babble.. onto the food!
Yesterday:
Breakfast-
3 eggs
6 pieces of bacon
Coffee w/ Sweetwater and HC (2 carbs)
Lunch-
2 1/5lb Hamburgers
1 Chicken Sausage (2 carbs)
Mayo+Mustard (1 carb)
Dinner-
Turkey Filet
2 1/5lb hamburgers
Mayo+Mustard (1 carb)
1 Salmon Burger (1 carb)
Decaf Coffee (2 carbs)
Total carbs=9
No weight change which is good since I am still below previous lows. =)
