Induction flu again!

Well though I have stayed in Ketosis throughout the weekend I obviously had enough carbs to cause another round of induction flu. For me it presents as a brain fog. I just feel like I am working through a haze. I can deal with it for a day or two. Just shows me that small cheats or any cheats or even eating higher carbs for me can cause problems. I still haven't weighed. I can sense through my clothes there has been no change. I don't know why I am having such a hard time as I try to lose. Usually all it takes is commitment and I have had that in spades. The long lapses of not losing weight are what keep mentally derailing me. Anyway onto what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast:
3 eggs
4 pieces of bacon
Coffee w/ Sweet Water&HC (3 carbs)

Lunch:
Salad w/ BC (4 carbs)
Cajun Seasoned Steak (1 carb)
Mushrooms/peppers/onions (2 carbs)
Coffee (2 carbs)

Dinner:
2 Hamburger Patties
3T Low Sugar Peanut Butter (5 carbs)

Total Carbs:15

Not the best day for someone trying to get their carbs close to zero. Not a bad low carb day though. Still need to do better I am just not losing.

I feel so bad for you! It's horrible to be in a stall, but you've only just started and are having so much trouble.

Do you think it could be something unrelated to diet and carbs that is causing you to not lose weight?

Poor Dwayne! No tips for you as I'm low-carb ignorant. But if you know what works for you stay with it and it will work itself out eventually.

I am having my thyroid checked this week. It worries me that calories and carbs are still at a point I should be losing. It is crazy!
