328 =( Not much to say about this today. Maybe I should not weigh again till Friday.
Yesterday I ended up with:
Breakfast:
3 Sausage Patties
V Starbucks Coffee
Lunch:
Splenda w/ Iced Tea
Cobb Salad w/ Avocado and Ranch dressing
Dinner:
2 Huge burgers with cheese and buffalo sauce
Green beans w/ Bacon
The bad:
6 pieces sugar free chocolate (this stuff really is gone now!)
2 Sprite Zeroes
It is hard for me to believe that the SF Chocolate and 2 Sprite Zeroes could do that to me.
Anyway back to work!
