First off:
Last Night I ended up having some Meatballs (0 carb ones)
Alfredo (2 carbs of cheese)
Today was:
Breakfast-
Starbucks w/ Heavy Cream
3 Egg omelet w/ basil and cream
4 pieces of bacon
2 pieces of turkey sausage
Dinner-
2 Meatballs w/ Alfredo (2 carbs)
Green Peppper Lasagna Popper leftovers (7 Carbs)
I had a diet coke today and the one at the movie yesterday. Went to see Hellboy 2, it was ok, but less than I expected.
Anyway baby is yellin! Oh and I weighed 326.6 today.
