Well I am up late and it is just me in the house so I thought I would start my update early since I already know what I ate yesterday at this point.
Breakfast-
3 Eggs
5 pieces of bacon
Coffee w/ HC and 4 Splenda (2+4=6 carbs)
Lunch-
3 1/5lb burgers
1/2 of a chicken sausage (1 carb)
Mixture of:Bacon fat+mustard+hot sauce+1T Mayo (1 carb)
Dinner-
3 1/5lb burgers
1/2 of a chicken sausage (1 carb)
Mixture of:Mustard+hot sauce+1tsp chili powder+1tsp garlic powder+1T Mayo (1 carb)
Decaf coffee w/ HC and Stevia (2 carbs)
Total carbs=12
Over for carbs for the day but... I was fairly active today. I had tons of energy and took my son out for a long drive and when we got back home it was nursery cleaning time. He took a nap and my wife and I cleaned out the room that is going to be our daughter's nursery. I carried a desk down to the basement and a bookshelf upstairs. We also hooked the Wii Fit up and had a great time competing on the downhill skiing balance game. I am in the lead now, but it should be pointed out that she is 25 weeks pregnant. I played that and Wii Sports for about 35 minutes. At the end of the day I took Jackson on a 15 minute walk around the neighborhood. So, not a bad day in my book. Tonight I had some bad acid reflux. I am not sure if it is from my condiments or the meat and excess water. Gonna try to get it under control tomorrow. Anyway, bedtime. Hope everyone has a great Sunday. I am hoping to have Date night!
