Well my wife is working two night shifts this weekend so I am not sure how much updating I will do. As far as food yesterday:
Breakfast-
Starbucks Coffee w/ HC and Stevia (4 carbs)
3 Hamburger Patties (3/5lb)
Lunch-
3 Hamburger Patties
1T mayo+hotsauce+mustard (1 carb)
Dinner-
1.2lb of Hamburger
5 pieces of Bacon
Bacon fat+1T Mayo+Hot Sauce+Mustard (1 carb_
6 carb day! Yay!
The stevia was weird. I am going to be getting some Sweet Water soon which has 0 carbs for the quantity I will use to sweeten the coffee. It is liquid sucralose, with no fillers and hyper concentrated. Yumo!
