Well I am going to try to not get too excited but I finally dropped back down to where I was beginning of last week. I am at 326.8 as of this morning. As far as food went yesterday I had:
Breakfast-
2 Sausage Patties
1Tbsp LC Ketchup
Venti Iced Coffee w/ Splenda and HC
Lunch-
2 Baconators (double cheese w/ bacon YUM!)
LC Ketchup and mayo
Dinner-
Creamed Spinach
8 Homemade Buffalo Wings
2Tbsp Blue Cheese dressing
I did have some diet coke and some Sprite Zero.
I am unsure what has stalled my weightloss but hopefully I will drop a few more pounds before it happens again. I really don't think it can be the diet drinks. I have reduced the number and am keeping my carbs at <15 a day at least.
Anyway back to work!

Alright! I'm glad you're back to your last week's weight.
My dh gained 4lbs over the weekend! He didn't even cheat. I don't know what's up with that.
It's a marathon not a sprint.
That and us being older doesn't help the metabolism!
That is what happened with me. I gained two pounds out of nowhere and they stuck with me about 6 days! Tell him to just stick it out. =) Hopefully I will have a few more days of losses to get me past this mentally.
I was going to go for something at Wendy's the other day so looked up their website for carb info. You can "customize" your sandwich, whatever. Anyway, my baconator, w/o the bun would have been 8g! You might want to go check it out. I almost flipped. What do they put in those thing?
