Well so I decided to take a peek this morning... I was up to 331. No one to blame this on but me for my couple of cheats. I am focusing on the positive though. I am back in the gym. I am sore. I am playing my Wii daily. =)
As far as food went yesterday:

Workout-
Chest workout
3 sets dumbell bench presses (12@40, 10@45, 8@50)
3 sets machine independant arm training incline bench press (12@45 per arm, 3 times)
3 sets machine independant arm training decline bench press (12@45 per arm, 10@50 per arm two times)
I go to New York tomorrow. Getting pretty excited. When I get back I am going to quit Starbucks and Diet Drink cold turkey for a minimum of two weeks, and get as close to zero carbs as possible.

Have fun in New York! I guess cheesecake has lots of carbs, huh? :-(
3-4 carbs per slice. It was low carb cheesecake. However it seems like I am fairly insulin resistant this time around. I am going to have to zero carb it for awhile I fear.
