Well lets just say that I won't call my meal last night a cheat. However, I won't call it a good idea either. First off here is the list of foods for the day:
Breakfast-
WOOPS! I forgot to eat! (I did eat this morning though, so at least I can improve)
I didn't forget Starbucks though so at least I got some calories!
Lunch-
Easy Cheesy Chili Chicken
1 TBSP LC Ketchup
Dinner-
1 Order of Cheese and Ground Beef (3 Carbs worth)
1 El Rodeo Pollo Especial! Which contained:
1 Large Chicken Breast
Lots of white cheese (3 carbs worth)
Zucchini, Onions, and very few tomatoes (6 carbs worth)
Guacamole (4 carbs worth)
My day was still below 20 carbs from my estimates, however they were ALL concentrated at the end of the day! Such is life though. It could have been much worse I could have had the CHIPS AND SALSA!
Anyway, back to work. I may have more interesting things to say later, but I doubt it. =)

Sometimes I actually do better having all my carbs in one hour of the day or so. Atkins says that's a huge no-no, but I read somewhere else that you can try that. It revs up your system. Good luck with continuing to lose! I meant to tell you that you may not think 11 pounds in a month is much, but that's really, really good!! I would love to lose 11 pounds in one month!
Well in the past my average monthly is 10 pounds when I am "on diet." However that is usually an average number where my first month was 13-20. I can't complain too much. I am terrified that I waited all week and tomorrow I am not going to be down any!
